Like the "X-Men" and all the Marvel characters and story book heroes we look up to, we each have unique qualities and skills that, when honed, can help us save the world...or at least transform our corner of the world!
This 2-hour workshop, Discover Your Inner Superhero, is packed full of practical information and engaging activities to help you uncover your hidden superpowers and put them into practice.

This workshop is designed for parents and children to work together through conversation and art projects. All supplies will be provided and the pricing ($99) is based on 1 parent, 1 child pairs.
If both parents want to attend with one child or one parent wants to bring more than one child please contact us so that we can make arrangements.

Elizabeth Schwerman suffered from stress and anxiety for years before finding solutions. She now works to pass these things on to others. Combining Massage Therapy and the "Thinking into Results" program she helps people reduce their physical pain and improve their mental well being. Jen Alward is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist. She has been helping people around the world find hope and healing through her work for over 15 years. She is from Eagle River and after earning her degrees in Minnesota and California returned to the area. She loves all 4 seasons with her 2 dogs, visiting her growing family, having coffee with friends, and making art. She presently works at Northland Counseling and has written 2 books.
